I am not sure how our account was set up with updates and promotions in the messenger list. But now certain contacts are getting every streamed service before we even establish that they want to receive the events.
I don’t know how to turn it off. I don’t have access to the guy that initially set up these templates.
What is the messenger list?
When I click on it, I don’t see where to modify the messenger list. It just gives me the opportunity to copy the link? For what?
I could use some help understanding the messenger list and how it is sending out streamed events to my messenger contacts.
