Can we move all content automation contacts data from one many chat account to another account. If yes then how ?

You cannot move IG and Facebook contacts, they need to opt in to your new account.
You can move your Whatsapp contacts, you need to export the phone numbers (to Google Sheets is usually the easiest way) and then upload them to the new account.
