Manychat is connected to both Insta and FB, and the Converstation starters are live/published, but they don’t show on either when people go to my DMs. How do I fix this, what do I need to look for?

Hello - I am having the same issue!
It seems like the conversations starters only work on accounts you haven’t communicated with before. I created a new account I could test with, and they showed up as they should then ;-)
