Let’s say you are using Instagram, click on settings then look for channel/ Instagram There it is.
I was able to use this video to solve my problem. The issue is not creating a conversation starter from scratch, it was hooking up the question to a template automation that was already built out.
Perfect. I thought you were not finding “conversation starters”. Just click edit then chose a flow. Glad you found it
