Hey, I notice that the manychat conversation starters won’t pop up if the client is a returning client. Is there a way to make the conversation starters appear every time a user wants to message us?

There isn’t.
Conversation Starters are to start the conversation, so they only appear at the beginning, when no other messages have been sent.
