My account will be one of that fives. 

So I see, when creating an automation, I only can select my posts. (Not the ones that are also on my bio and i’m a collaborator).

Now I understand! I think the auto DM on comments only works if you are the main account of the collaborative post. Are you do the main account? 

I’m not. 

Also finally even not collaborator, just tagged. 

So there is any way (with the manychat options) to impact all the people who is commenting a post that is not yours. 

Like for example getting a database of users and then impacting through DM. 

Please will be so happy is you help me in knowing if manychat is the option or I need to find other tool.

No, that is not possible. This is also against the official Instagram Rules. So if you do this with another platform, you might get banned from the platform.

I really need an answer to this as well!! It seems to be working on previous collaborative posts, but today I posted a reel and the account I am collaborating with has had their followers comment and it is not sending them a DM with link. Weird that it worked in past and all of a sudden isn't today. I wonder if it differs whether it is a photo post or reel??
