I am building an FAQs automation for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. Can I create one automation instead of building three separate ones for each channel? I just want to know if there is a way to recognize the channel. For example, if a user messages on WhatsApp, the automation triggers on WhatsApp, and if a user messages on Messenger, the automation triggers on Messenger. Please see the atta
ched picture for better understanding.

Hey, @samar! Yes, you can build one automation to work with Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. However, I don’t recommend it (you can have some errors with this solution).
You can convert your automation to the channel you want and make some adjustments.
Go to your automation you created → click on the 3 dots → select convert channel → choose the channel you want to duplicate your automation.
@samar It's possible, but I don't recommend it. It gets messy and difficult to maintain, and if you have subscribers that are on more than one channel (IG and WhatsApp for example), it's prone to breaking.
But if you want to do it, add a condition at the beginning that checks whether they're a IG/Messenger/WhatsApp subscriber.
