Hello ! 

I'm having a problem with my customs fields. Here's the situation:

Thanks to the advice of a community member, I was able to find a solution to stop using tags and instead use custom fields to store info. I use a “campaign name” custom field for two purposes:

  1. Automatically fill in the campaign name in messages,
  2. automatically fill in the custom fields corresponding to the stages completed by the ambassadors (example > End Survey: Campaign 1, Campaign 2, Campaign 3).

For now, I'll fill in the Campaign Name custom field as follows: {Campaign Name}; Campaign 1

In this case, Campaign 1 is the name of the current campaign. This way, the custom fields corresponding to the different stages of the campaign remember all the campaigns, not just the last one. This poses several problems:

  1. When I send a message using the custom fields campaign name, it will look like this: “Hello, welcome to Campaign 1; Campaign 2; Campaign 3. Obviously this is not accurate. 
  2. If there are two campaigns at the same time, the two campaign names will interfere with each other.


My basic idea was to create several different customs fields, but this causes problems for registering campaigns in the customs fields corresponding to the stages, and complicates the setup, which I'm trying to simplify.

Any ideas?
