I was wondering if anyone knew a way of customizing exactly who gets added as a contact to our account from Instagram. Currently, everyone is being added as a contact - whether it’s a story mention, comment or story replies. Ideally, we only want to add contacts from our specific automations - like commenting a specific keyword - as we have budget concerns our list will grow exponentially. 

Has anyone found a way to curb the amount of contacts being added from Instagram?

You can’t limit contacts being added.

But you can delete contacts if you want, so you keep your subs count down.
