Date format and button size limit

Hey guys, I've been trying to set a custom field using Make <> Manychat and it worked. But the problem is, the date format is not being set in the right format, because it looks like Manychat does not accept the formatting I chose and sent from Make.

I found a way to format the button variable inside Manychat!

But now my problem is, the button name using the variable custom field is not being accepted, it says: "Button Title is longer than 20 symbols", when it's really not. If I format with only Day in the date, it is still giving the same error message.

Anyone here can help?

This is a workaround, but it should work…

Do an action before, set a text CUF called ‘time_slot_text’, with the text of the Time/Date custom field that you want to appear, and the format you want.

Then, set the button with the new CUF that you created ‘time_slot_text’.

This will sort it out ;)

My brother @Gustavo Boregio, you have no idea, you saved my life. Jesus.

I was almost giving up here, and this worked perfectly! Thank you so much. I'll recommend you for anyone I know, and if I face another big issue, hire you sir.

P.S: I'll let you know later about my results with Manychat here.
