Delay in message delivery

When I test automation on instagram, the messages are taking too long to be delivered. What was supposed to take 2-3 seconds is now taking almost a minute. Is this a problem with the server or the internet?

Note: I'm not using smart delay.

@Vitor Trotti is this still ongoing? There was an outage with Meta yesterday that lasted about an hour, but it is resolved now.

    I’m still having the same issue, automatic not sending messages. I’ve refreshed IG account. Still experiencing this problem.
