I’ve tried to delete my contact to keep it clean, but I found something odd.
I had 4077 contacts, then I deleted 1074. So the result is supposed to be 3033.
But what I got my contact now is still 3460.
What do you think guys? How transparent does Manychat count your contacts? Because as we know, it’ll affect our charge.

+1Not really. It’s always nice to refresh permissions and stuff. Are there instagram contacts? WhatsApp? Facebook? All these channels are refreshed?
+1Have you used any other third party app? If you’re familiar with your business settings, it might worth to take a look at these settings on your Facebook profile and page.
