Hey guys! Hope you are having a good day.

My automation has a custom contact field that gets filled once the user started a conversation. However my automation starts if this field is unknown, as it gets a value when the automation runs. In my use case, there are some users that write on a daily basis, so what I am doing right now is creating new custom fields every day and modifying my automation with them. Is is possible to erase all the values that a contact field has taken without having to go through every single conversation/contact? 

That would save me a lot of time as I would not need to update my automation every single day.

Yes it's possible, you just have to set it up correctly so your automation triggers and deletes the information at the right time.
