i want to know what happens if i use Delete Contact Action in manychat
is it deleting the user from my instagram?
or its just deleting the user from my manychat contacts and has nothing to do with my instagram account?any side effects by deleting contacts in manychat?
it just deletes contacts from Manychat.. delete contacts that has no interaction with you is really a good practice to keep it clean.. I don’t delete those who I believe will be useful for remarketing purposes

but i have a question
as i know we cant send message to users that dont have interaction with us for more than24 hour
so if i cant send message to contacts why should i have them saved in manychat?
i can delete all of my contacts in manychat
is there any good usecases for keeping contacts and not deleteing them?
