You need to find out what’s broken, if it’s the Whatsapp connection with Manychat or the AI step.

So, first, create a simple flow, with a unique keyword (something like ‘aaaaa’) and reply with a simple text message saying ‘it works’.

If you get that working, the connection is fine and the issue is with the AI step. Check the settings on the AI step and try other setups to see what works best.

If that does not work, the issue is with the connection. Try reconnecting or refreshing the connection.
