Here you have a sad history, and I would love it if you could help me to turn it into a happy one.
We lose access to our Facebook account connected to Many chat (everything because Facebook never sends us the double authentication code).
So we have to create a new Facebook account and connect it to Many chat (thank God our business sells the majority on Instagram, so a new Facebook account wasn't so bad).
Where is the tragedy?
Now we can not connect the new Many chat account (with the new Facebook) to our Instagram, because it kept getting caught in the old Many chat account that kept getting caught with the old Facebook account (I'm not crying, but I could)
So I would like you to help me connect our business Instagram account to Many Chat, please. If you have any similar experience or suggestion, I would love to read it.
