I’ve noticed a discrepancy between the number of messages sent in ManyChat and the “Messaging Conversations Started” metric in Facebook Ads.

In Facebook Ads Manager, it shows 250 messages sent, but in my ManyChat bot (AdTrigger), it only reports 150 messages sent—a difference of 100 messages.

Everything is properly connected, so I’m wondering what might be causing this mismatch. Could it be due to how ManyChat tracks messages vs. how Facebook logs them? Has anyone experienced something similar or knows why this happens?
