I previously set up this automation a few months ago and it worked perfectly. After deleting my account, I’ve now tried to set it up again — but none of my new followers are receiving any messages from this automation.
What’s concerning is that other automations are working fine. Direct messages are being sent without any issue, so the problem is clearly specific to the “New Followers” trigger (the most interesting)
I’ve attempted to contact support, but it’s been extremely disappointing. Both the email and chatbot responses feel entirely AI-driven and unhelpful. On top of that, I can see that many other users are reporting the exact same issue, with no clear resolution.
This raises serious concerns about the reliability of your platform. Can you explain what’s going on here and provide a real solution?
