I have been using manychat for the past three months for my business. First, it was working properly until I found something was wrong yesterday. I found out that my Manychat flow wasn’t working properly for the past three weeks. For the past three weeks, my manychat flow sent about 50 messages even though i get over 300 comments on my reels daily.
I am sure that my manychat account is not working properly. Even though I set up a proper flow, it is not sending to many of those who commented. It is like sending one of the 20 people who commented. do you know what could the reason be?
