Hello, I have recently set up my DM automation when someone comments (trigger word ‘INFO’) on my IG Reels but no message is being sent by Manychat.
I have looked through the Help Guides and just cannot see what I might be missing.
Any suggestions?

DM automation not working
I’m having the same issue. I set up automations and tested it from a different page and still nothing. I even tried with the 3 digit number they tell you to Dm and still nothing. Please help!
