DM automation not working

Usually, my go-to troubleshooting steps include:

1. Refresh Permissions
2. Try a simple “Hello World” automation: a message with a single text block triggered by a keyword. If this fails, I try from a different IG account.
3. If the Hello World test works, I start adding more complexity to see where it breaks (add images, add buttons, etc)
4. If I can’t get the Hello World to work, I run the troubleshooting steps I sent you, then the next step is with support.
