Dm not showing under Live Chat Conversations

Hi! Wonder if anyone has experienced issues with DM not showing under the Live Chat conversations inbox?  We started experiencing this issue on 2/28/24. We’ve reset permissions multiple times and have disconnected and reconnected our IG account to ManyChat. We’ve also ensured no other settings have changed on our IG account. Support shows an ETA of 7days, so I’m trying to get any assistance from the community. Thanks in advance!

    Yes, I am having this issue too with telegram! Just submitted support ticket but they are getting back too slow.

    Have they gotten back to you? Do you know how to fix this?

    Hey @mia have you checked if the messages are not under the ‘Closed’ tab?

     

    Also, please go to Settings > Live Chat Behavior and make sure that ‘Any message starts a conversation’ is set.
