Does anyone know how to create a message that after 2 mins if someone has not responded to a message, that the bot sends them a reminder automated message,
The way i have currently created this is 2 ways:
- for messages with no quick replies (ie the question requires customer to type answer) there is a button called “if customer does not respond’ then added a message onto that,
- and then with quick replies (ie the question has multiple ‘buttons’ a customer can choose to press) on quick reply settings ive added a rule that after 2 mins - send an automated message
neither of these options are working in the instagram preview.
Has anyone got experience with this?
