A few things might be going on:
If you talked to the person via Live Chat, the automations are paused. While the automations are paused, nothing will work. This is how it looks:
Remove the pause and automations will continue to work.
The person is not subscribed to your bot: if you deleted contacts that person may not be subscribed and needs to resubscribe. If that’s the case, having the person write the keyword ‘start’ usually solves the issue.
