Hi everyone :)

Does the 24-hour rule apply in the following case:

Someone replies with a keyword on Instagram (on a post or on a story)
Manychat sends the automation, the link to a webinar
2 weeks later, THE SAME PERSON replies to another post that triggers the automation

If Manychat sends again the automated message BECAUSE of that reply, does it VIOLATE the 24-hour rule?

If the user initiates the conversation you won’t break the 24 hours rule.

Initiates the conversation = replies to a post that triggers the automation OR replies to a story etc., right? :) Thanks a ton
