There seems to be a problem with the live chat dashboard, where conversations that have been assigned do not appear on the dashboard.
no filters work here.

This only appears on the mobile application,
is there any solution for this??

 

Hi, this problem remains… I have been using manychat for 2 years and I usually found video tutorials to learn how to use it, but after all this time I clicked on an arrow to collapse the filter panel on the left that then stopped working, the button disappeared. I saw several users like me with the same question since 4 and 5 months without answer for the moment, what is the solution for this?
