I deleted the business WhatsApp account because that's what they recommended on Manychat. Now I'm without WhatsApp on my phone….The main problem I'm facing is that I'm unable to receive the SMS code required for verification.
So what to do?
Buy a new virtual WhatsApp number and make a change to the Manychat account. Then I'll have WhatsApp on my phone? If so, how to do that ?

Once you connect a phone number to WhatsApp API (Manychat or any other tools), it won't be possible to use it with the app anymore. (Meta is testing a feature to allow that, but it's in closed beta at the moment).
But, if you have your SIM card in a phone, you should be receiving the SMS-Code to connect it to Manychat/ Meta Business Manager. But first, you'll need to delete your WhatsApp account inside the app. This will “set you number free” to connect it to the API.
