From what I understand, I don’t think duplicating the flow is the best option. If the message you send is the same and the only thing that changes is the link, I think it would be a good idea to create a Custom BOT Field to store this link. That way, in your flow, when creating your message, instead of inserting the link directly, you insert the Custom BOT Field, which will contain the link. This way, your flow will always remain the same, and the only thing you need to change daily is the Custom BOT Field.

Regarding keywords, if you want the flow from the previous live, with its keywords and URL, to remain active, then yes, you will need to duplicate the flow. This is quite simple: when you see the flow in your folder, click on the options button, and the duplicate option will appear.

However, if you don’t want to keep the previous live’s content active, just update the keyword. For each live, you change the keyword and the Custom BOT Field, and that’s it.

Ok. Thank you for your help. I will try this. I’ve tried duplicating my flies and it only does part of it. From what I can tell I have to retype my message content and re enter my links. Is there something I’m doing wrong? 

I looked into the BOT idea.  I don’t want to track any customer contacts.  I want people who are watching my live to be able to enter a key word and get the same message every night with the exception of the cartlink because every live showcases a different project.  Keywords and cartlink are the only thing that changes.  I’m sorry if I am not understanding all this.

Like ​@rogerioaraujo said, you can use a bot field to change your link, and you won’t track any customer contacts.

For your trigger word, you have to update/change it every time you go live.

Let’s say that your previous trigger was “SUPER”, the only thing you have to do is delete that word and change it for another.

For the link, you have two options:

1. Change your link directly from your automation
2. Create a bot field and change it every time you need

For option 1, you can do this:

You’ll need to change this button link with your new link, every time you go live.

For the option 2, go to settings → Fields → Bot fields → New bot field

After you create your bot field, you can change it every time you need

If your automation is simple and just have one link, the option 1 is the best choice. If you have more than one link, go with option 2.

Hi thank you for your help!  But I need my trigger word and cartlink to be attached to each live. If people watch my live 30 days from now I need the trigger word and cartlink to be attached to it. Would I still follow what you have stated? 

This is one flow I have set up. I would like to use this every single time but new trigger and cartlink 

When I try to duplicate that flow this is what I get

Here’s how you can achieve that:

1. Go to automation tab
2. Click on the 3 dots

3. Select the option “Duplicate”
