I’m using many chat web portal,
editing a flow to be able to capture the contacts 1st name. after this step, i opt to use the users input (response) to say Got you ( user inserted name) this step never follows through. i always get a response showing the backends attempt at remembering the persons name.
I’m confident im missing something, chatgpt seems to be giving me steps from an outdated manychat instructional.
