Email opt-in analytics

Hi Community,

 

How can I easily see how many new contacts (email opt-ins) I’ve gotten through ALL my Manychat automations in a one-month period? 

 

I know where to look individually, but I need a one-month at-a-glance metric.

@Jilly B if you go to your Dashboard, click on 'See Insights', and then scroll to the bottom, you'll see the Conversions Events section. You can pick 'Email Collected' there, and this will give you an account-wide snapshot :)

    @Gustavo Boregio thanks so much. Just needed to scroll down, haha.

    The numbers I’m getting in ManyChat are lower than my ESP says I got from ManyChat automations…

    Any idea why?

    @Jilly B it could be that you’re capturing the email, but not adding them as an email subscriber in Manychat - and these contacts are not counted in Manychat stats…

    You should be able to find the difference if you go deep and check your setup. :D
