Hi, I just signed up with Manychat and I went live with my first automation on IG. I got a response from a follower saying they got this message when they click on the CTA button. “ This message is not supported. It is unavailable” However when I go to her DM and click the CTA button it works. It send me to the webpage. I wanted to know if it is an issues on my end or theirs.

    Same thing happening to me! Did you ever figure this out? It was working fine for me for months and now when I give a callout word and get the DM I can’t get the document or file being shared. It returns this error you described.
