Hi there, I need your help.
I connected ManyChat with Instagram and set it up so that when specific words are entered on Instagram, an automated message is sent. I have double-checked everything according to online guides, but the message still isn't being sent on Instagram. I believe the automation setup is correct. I also did ‘Refresh instagram permission’. :(

When I log in to ManyChat, I get the message "You have insufficient rights to reload the account." Could this be the issue? How can I resolve this? According to Meta, Facebook is connected with Instagram. I've been trying to solve this problem for two days without success. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am with the same problem and I don't know what do.

Has this been resolved? Same issue.

My automations are not working either...used to work just fine.  But seems lately, there’s an issue all the time with things not working.

Is there a known issue (again)?
