Hi there, I need your help.
I connected ManyChat with Instagram and set it up so that when specific words are entered on Instagram, an automated message is sent. I have double-checked everything according to online guides, but the message still isn't being sent on Instagram. I believe the automation setup is correct. I also did ‘Refresh instagram permission’. :(
When I log in to ManyChat, I get the message "You have insufficient rights to reload the account." Could this be the issue? How can I resolve this? According to Meta, Facebook is connected with Instagram. I've been trying to solve this problem for two days without success. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
