I started a Many Chat account (1), added my IG page (1), then decided to create another IG account (2). I deleted the 1st IG page on MC, added my 2nd IG account, then tried to change the email. It didn’t work.
So, I deleted both IG accounts, then deleted the Many Chat Account. 
 

I started my 2nd Many Chat account with another email address, tried adding my new IG account (2) and it keeps tell me that it’s linked to another account and when I look at my 2nd Manychat, it’s shows my first IG account.

Clear as mud?!  I don’t know how to fix the loop.

This seems like some weird cache or something at Manychat's side. If you remove the integration from old accounts it should be possible to connect them to a new one.

 

Open a ticket to the support team at Manychat Help

Give them as much information as possible. They will be able to investigate whats happened and help you with that.
