I am finding out that not everyone that comments the keyword isn't getting the automation. It is showing on my end that they have it. but they aren't getting it.

Hey,
If on your end show that the automation is being sent, that could mean that the issue is on their side.
Also, if they don’t follow your profile, your message is sent to their message requests.
