Are there any limitations on the number of auto-comments I can use per day or per account, either imposed by ManyChat or Facebook? I'm only interested in posting comments, not collecting contacts.
How can I set a delay (e.g., a few seconds) between each comment to avoid getting flagged or banned by Facebook?
Can I use ManyChat's auto-comment feature on posts within Facebook groups that I'm a member of?

Yes, but it’s not documented. If your page has a lot of traffic, the auto-reply comment feature is not a bad idea and will likely get your page in trouble. In this scenario I recommend leaving the comment reply off and engaging only through DMs
Unfortunately there isn’t a way to delay the comment reply
No, they won’t work on Groups, only on your Facebook page.
