Greetings! I have been using Manychat since 2021, but I have hit a wall concerning this Growth Tool. In the past, I could add a large list of “negative keywords” that the bot would exclude from its trigger. But now it seems that I can only add 10 of them. Is there something I am missing or a solution for this?

Hi luccaallen, unfortunately there is no workaround to this issue. I just created 5 triggers with the most frequent keywords I needed and bind them to the same flow.
