Hi, I setup a DM Automation on a FB Reel on my FB Page.

I have never had these issues with Instagram.
The automation triggers and responds to the comments fine, but it appears that non of the comments recieved a DM response. (Over 400 comments)

I have checked everything multiple times, but not sure where the disconnect is.
It seems no one recieved that first Message after the trigger
