When I'm trying to set up my Facebook automations, when choosing to turn on ‘public auto-response in feed’, it gives me this message - “We need to get advanced Facebook permissions from your account to use this feature. Ask the page owner to grant permission.” but no guidance on what I need to do. I’ve searched my Facebook business account settings and can’t find what to do. I’ve also tried Google but no luck! I’m likely just being dumb!
Has anyone had this problem and knows how to fix it? Thank you!!!
