My automation was working for about 2 weeks, then it didn’t work anymore.
Here are the messages I got :
“ This is a weekly overview of Facebook Messages that were blocked because more than 24 hours passed after subscribed contact's last interaction with your bot via Messenger.”
And for every message, it’s a “no content type” blocking.
Problem is, I can’t fix the “no content type” blocking because I don’t have the automation checker.
They also talk about “Facebook tags”. Where can I find them ?
