Their “solution” involved me losing all my data plus 10K+ contacts. I’ve asked them to escalate the problem to tier 2 support but have yet to hear anything. We live in a day in age where you spend $100’s of dollars a month for a service and yet you don’t get service when you need it.
I told them that if losing all my data I’ve had for years is the only way I can use the service again (I’m completely off line) then I’ll switch platforms (and I’ll move all my clients with me).
