im looking to use manychat to qualify leads from my facebook adds, i have a mix of questions some have text answers and others have buttons. ive been able to set things up to export the text answers to the google sheet using custom fields. but i cant seem to work out how to export the button answers to my google sheet. if anyone can advise it would be appreciated. thanks

This is easier if you use Quick Replies. That's because a Quick Reply is also stored into the “Last Text Input” system variable.

The text from each option will be stored in a custom field (TEXT_FIELD), but you could already send the “Last Text Input” directly into Google Sheets

 

Now, if you wish to use Buttons, you'll need to set a custom value to each Action + Custom Field:

This also works if you wish to customize the entries for Quick Replies

 

Then you send it to Google Sheets.
