When doing a Messenger Ref URL automation, does the user have to be presented with the “Get started” button instead of going straight to the automation? I want the automation to start automatically when they click the URL. Right now, if they click the URL, it opens Messenger, but nothing happens until they click “Get started.”

did you end up finding a solution to this? fb messenger ref url passes refID only when I test with my own account, when I try to test it with different accounts, automation isnt triggered, and refID is dropped. Any clue how to solve this?
