 Hey everyone, 

Our Client´s chatbot is stuck in an infinite loop, repeatedly sending the same messages, even though we haven’t made any recent changes to the flow. We’re also receiving Facebook warnings about exceeding the limits for subscription requests.

We’re trying to figure out if this is a general bug or something specific to our account. Has anyone else noticed this issue in their flows? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Hey ​@cata_rendon if you’re in an infinite loop inside a single flow, changing the flow won’t work - your user is running on the ‘old memory’ of the previous flow, and to reset it they would need to enter again.

Here are a couple solutions that could work:

  • Pausing automations in the Live Chat (this works most times).
  • Unsubscribing and deleting the contact, then having them subscribe again (this works every time).
