Unless you do it manually, there's no way to automate some messages after the 24h Window closes.

If you're using Facebook/Messenger, you could use Messenger's DM Lists: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281158573852-Messenger-List

Hello Fabio, I saw you replied to someone regarding follow up automation on Manychat. I have a problem with follow up feature. I want to do follow up message within 24 hour window on Instagram, but I want it to be sent to after my automation is over and then when I send manual voice message and then when I send the keyword "Fair?" ("Posteno" in my language) then if they don't respond to send them follow up message.

Also to add follow up also if they have not responded to the messages within automated funnel I created.

One of your team members set up the Rule for me, but then it was sent to everyone who chatted with me within 24 hour window and it was a total mess.

you could build something with tags and conditions for each follow up step you need. It gets just a little more complex.

Then, as you send your audio, you also set a tag to the contact and the same when you send “Posteno”. Cause only your contacts can trigger automations with keywords, you will need to set up a tag, sequence or send another automation via the Live Chat.

You also say, “one of your team members”, but I don't remember we talked before. Maybe you're talking about someone from Manychat's Team, It's different… I'm “just” a community moderator, but not a Manychat's employee.
