I manage automation to generate organic leads and want to set up a system to follow up with individuals who become unresponsive after a certain period. While I have already implemented smart delays and tags to follow up at specific points in the sequence, I would like to apply this follow-up approach more generally to anyone who stops responding at any stage of the sequence. Is this possible?

Yes, you can use ‘Time’ triggers and trigger automations after a given time after the last interaction.
Be careful though, the 24 hours rules still apply (for IG, Messenger and Whatsapp)
