Hello, seems like i have been encountering a problem with the free 1000 contacts since i made the automated chatbot on Facebook it has only sent 61 replys but now the 1000 contacts says its full out of nowhere ? Is it how it works or am i missing something ? Or are you able to reset the free contacts?

Hi,
It’s possible that more users interacted with your posts and DMs, and they were counted as contacts.
Tag your important contacts, then filter and delete the rest. This will bring your contact count below 1000, allowing you to continue using the Free plan.

how do i delete the contacts ? Should i go to live chat and delete all ? Since i have been still trying the chatbot i dont really have any reason to filter any chat

- Go to your Contacts page.
- Filter and select the contacts you want to delete.
- Click Bulk Actions
- Scroll down and select Delete Contact
IMPORTANT: You can't undo this action. Be sure the selected contacts are those you want to delete. 😉

it says 0 contacts now but still not sending the chatbot texts and it says limit reached upgrade to pro
i’ve had this problem for maybe over a year. it almost never allows me to send chatbot texts
I’m having the same problem, where I deleted my contact:
And even under a 1k, my automations are not running as i have reached my contact limit.

Some time ago I've discovered that the Free Plan counts the total contact even if you delete them.
In other words, once your account has interacted with 1000 contacts (even if they were deleted), the only way to continue using Manychat is upgrading to PRO.
Now… with the PRO subscription, you can delete old contacts in order to pay a lower monthly fee.
