From Chatcenter to ManyChat

Question

I was using Chatcenter with my whatsapp number, it is a chatbot from a different company, in Spanish. I am now signed in to Manychat, but I am not able to connect the number I had linked with Chatcenter, although this number is unlinked from Chatcenter.
The number is a landline, and the only option Manychat is giving me is to send a text message.

Did anyone encounter a similar problem?
Any suggestions on how to solve it?

You must remove the number from your Meta Business Account.

Here: https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager/phone_numbers/

It may need some minutes to be able to configure the number in Manychat after that.
