I set up and automation and used the limit of words they allow us but when someone on instagram gets my message it comes up with only a little and then … they can’t even click to read the full message. How do I change this?

There’s a known Meta issue with cropped messages on IG.
You can check the details here: https://status.manychat.com/
For the time being, the only solution is to have longer messages with no buttons, and make the messages with buttons as short as possible.
