I am quite new here, I set a few automations (triggered by specific words) on my IG and FB account, but I am seeing that some followers on my FB are getting GET STARTED message on their messenger, and I don’t know what and what that is. It does not seem to have any connection to my automation processes, and I do not recall setting anything of the sort. Can you please advise how and what to check? I am lost here. Thank you
