I’ve had the recurring broadcast opt-in set up since it was released and it did work fine. Now in the past several weeks it doesn’t work. When someone clicks “get updates” nothing happens. I’ve contacted support but they haven’t fixed it. Something about being overloaded. Please can someone help? This is crucial for my business. Thanks!

 

I also have this issue: I can't click the 'Get Update' button, or even if I can, I can't proceed to the next flow.
